Complaints Book

Under Portuguese law in force (Decree-Law No. 156/2005), this establishment has a physical Complaints Book, available for consultation upon request at our office. You may also submit your complaint via the Electronic Complaints Book, managed by the DGC — Directorate-General for Consumers.
