- National social economy entities that are private social solidarity institutions or equivalent non-profit entities, operating for more than three years.
- Strengthening tourism competitiveness through the enhancement of resources, regeneration of territories in response to climate change, accessibility and the creation of high-value tourism products.
- Promoting the intelligent management of territories by optimising flows, connectivity, integrated management and sustainable mobility.
- Developing social innovation projects that contribute to inclusion, social cohesion and sustainability in local communities.
- Studies, projects, technical assistance and external supervision, up to 10% of eligible expenses.

- Regional increase of up to 60% for micro and small businesses and up to 50% for medium-sized companies, applicable only to operations located in the NUTS III sub-regions of Alto Alentejo, Beiras and Serra da Estrela.
- Base rate of 30 percentage points for micro and small businesses and 25 percentage points for medium-sized companies.
- In the NUTS III sub-regions of Alto Alentejo, Beiras and Serra da Estrela, the base rate increases to 45 percentage points for micro and small businesses and 35 percentage points for medium-sized companies.
- Additional increase of 5 percentage points for projects under the Climate Transition priority.
- Additional increase of 2 percentage points for the creation of 1 to 3 skilled jobs.
- Additional increase of 5 percentage points for the creation of 4 or more skilled jobs.
- The final support rate results from the application of the base rate and the applicable increases, up to the maximum limits defined for each territory and company size.

Objective
Support aimed at providing companies with the liquidity needed to invest in the adaptation, requalification, modernisation or conversion of properties for tourism activities.
Target Audience
Small and medium-sized enterprises that own real estate, whether or not it is currently used for tourism activities, provided that, in the latter case, the properties are intended for tourism activities.

Investment of up to €2,000,000.

Objective
